Beef Jerky


On this episode of Delicious Dishes, Kelly makes some easily customizable beef jerky that tastes delicious! 


  • 1/8" Slices of Beef/Venison
  • 1/4 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 TBSP of Rice Vinegar
  • 1 TSP of Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 TBSP of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Red Pepper/Black Pepper (Optional)

Directions: Slice your meat into 1/8" thick slices, create the marinade, place the strips of meat into a Ziplock bag, poor marinade over meat, place Ziplock bag in the refrigerator, and allow the meat to soak in the marinade for a few hours. Once the meat has been marinating in the refrigerator for a few hours layout the meat on a tray, add additional spices, place the jerky onto your food dehydrator, and allow the meat to dehydrate for a few hours.
