PB, Banana, & Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup mashed banana
  • 2 T. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 T. milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1¼ cup Gluten Free flour (with Xantham Gum in it)
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Directions: Mix ingredients in a large bowl, then scoop evenly into a cupcake pan. Bake for 17 minutes at 350. Remove from oven & cool. Enjoy!
