General Managers Message

Thank you to NE Kansas and Blue Valley Tele-Communications for the wonderful welcome you have given me, as the new General Manager and CEO. It has been a great experience to meet many of you already at events within your communities, and I look forward to more of these opportunities. It is certainly with a sense of pride that I join a cooperative with such a long and rich tradition of service to its patrons and customers.  Being a provider of communications services in the era we’re living in carries with it an ever increasing amount of responsibility and commitment by employees.  Each of us at Blue Valley understands this responsibility, and value your “trust” in us, your friends and neighbors, as we strive to continually advance your communications experience.

Challenges are certainly in front of cooperatives such as ours across the country, as legislative changes with the FCC Broadband Plan and the constant influx of technology advancements require modifications in how rural communications companies operate. However, Blue Valley Tele-Communications is aggressively working with a renewed sense of strength and enthusiasm to deliver on our Mission Statement: “Blue Valley Tele-Communications is a progressive member owned cooperative providing the highest quality, cost effective services and dedicated to providing a superior customer experience using current technology for the communities we serve”.

In closing, on behalf of our hard working and dedicated employees, I want to say thank you to our patrons and customers for your continued loyalty and commitment to Blue Valley Tele-Communications. We are confident that by placing your trust in us as your communications provider, your enjoyment of our services will be ever increasing.
