Providing Strong Community Support

In 2007, BVTC constructed a brand new state-of-the-art facility so it could better assist Patrons with their communications needs. One goal the board set was to establish a way BVTC could give back to the people of our communities. This was accomplished with the inclusion of a Community Conference Room. The room is approximately 700 square feet and will comfortably seat about 60 people.

The BVTC Community Conference Room is available to anyone without charge and includes access to the restrooms, kitchen, and dining area. (A small damage deposit is required and is contingent upon the number of guests occupying the room).

The room is equipped with two white boards, two LCD projectors and screens as well as access to BVtv. For added convenience, tables and chairs are also supplied.
