Welcome to the website of Blue Valley Tele-Communications, Inc.!! Blue Valley Tele-Communications (BVTC) is a member-owned rural telecommunications cooperative. Our home office is in Home, Kansas on Highway US-36 in Marshall County, Kansas about 6 miles east of Marysville. Our service territory covers over 1,000 square miles in five counties, and a portion of Nebraska. This area includes the communities of Axtell, Beattie, Centralia, Home, Linn, Oketo, Onaga, Palmer, Summerfield, Vermillion, Westmoreland and Wheaton. Today Blue Valley serves nearly 4500 access lines.

BVTC offers a variety of state of the art telecommunication services to go along with the local dial tone service we provide. Some of these services include High-Speed Internet, Dial-Up Internet, Video Programming (BVtv), Custom Calling Features, and Long Distance as well as being an agent for Alltel cellular service. BVtv was just rolled out in June 2005 and has proved to be quite popular!!!

A 9-member Board of Directors governs BVTC. We employ over 30 friendly, courteous people to offer personal service to all of our customers.

As well as promoting economic development in our areas, BVTC is very involved with each and every one of our communities. Whenever a local civic project comes up, we are one of the first to be there to offer any help we can. From donating to the Boy Scouts to helping with assisted living facilities.
